Culture-House
Culture-House is a nonprofit based in Somerville that hosts pop-up shops, galleries, and other community hangouts. I got the opportunity to design and produce a product to be sold in their Harvard Square pop-up shop.
I was still in the middle of my first screen-printing course in college so I was using traditional stencil making techniques.
The school wasn't equipped to print on fabrics so I had to come up with my own rig to print the totes with.
Creative Lab
Creative lab was my first 9-5 in the creative space. I was both a screen-printer fulfilling orders as well as a graphic designer that assisted clients on their projects that they were looking to take to screen. I also got to work on some of my own personal projects on the side.
A lot of my free time went to making t-shirt designs to promote the shop.
I did get to produce a couple shirts with my own personal design.
